Strain specific IL7/IL15 expression analysis in homozygous B-NDG hIL7/hIL15 mice by ELISA. Serum were collected from WT and homozygous B-NDG hIL7/hIL15 (H/H) mice stimulated with poly(I:C) in vivo, and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific hIL7/IL15 ELISA kit. Human IL7/IL15 were exclusively detectable in homozygous B-NDG hIL7/ hIL15 but not WT B-NDG mice.
