Gene targeting strategy for B-Tg(hCD300E) mice. The full coding sequences of human CD300E gene that is driven by human CD300E promoter are inserted mouse genomic by BAC transgene(RP11-354A1 via SwaI ).
CD300E expression analysis in F1 B-Tg(hCD300E) mice by flow cytometry. Blood cells were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and F1 B-Tg(hCD300E) mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-CD300E antibody (BD Biosesciences, 566315). hCD300E was exclusively detectable in monocytes in 1TG0020-0034 TG mice line.
